Bangers in the freezer!

At the end of 2022 we approached The Mansion Farm Shop to see if they might be interested in providing us with a small selection of meat products in our freezer. The thought process being that by stocking some sausages, bacon and other frozen pastry products we would have the provisions at Shaw’s to make a tasty meal if you didn’t have time to go into town. We decided January would be a good time to start and it has been a great success so far.

In the freezer at the moment are:

Lincolnshire Sausages, different speciality sausages each week (advertised on social media), smoked and unsmoked bacon, sausage rolls, west country style pasties, shortcrust pastry, sweet crust pastry and sourdough pizza dough.
