Before we start, we would just like to thank all of our customers, suppliers and team for all their support throughout 2025 and for making Shaw's what it is.
We are looking forward to welcoming customers new and old to our little shop once again this Christmas. There is really something quite special about a greengrocers at Christmas, well I think there is. The stacks of dates, the baskets of nuts, the piles of carrots, parsnips, sprouts. The aroma of citrus fruits which transport me back to fruit box making with Grandad.
For many decades the joy of Christmas at Shaw’s has been the hustle and bustle of people coming to do their Christmas shop at Shaw’s. Coming to select their produce to serve to family and friends over the festive period. There is nothing better than seeing multi-generations of families together.

This year I have tried to go back to our roots and channel my inner Jack for our Christmas offering. Jack was my Grandad and the 2nd generation of our family business. For decades he was in charge of fruit boxes and hampers and we have continued that tradition.
